Letitia Ohene-Effah believes that sustainable change occurs when it is derived from a state of self-awareness. To this end, she has been deliberate about her choice of work and roles she’s played within the organizations she has worked with.
She is the Co-Founder of LeadAfrique International and the creator of Sima Series; a leadership development and personal management products and services for all ages
She has been instrumental in the development of the African Leadership Toolkit, a leadership development curriculum for children and trains facilitators to unearth greatness in children-empower them to live balanced and confident lifestyles still grounded in timeless principles thereby making the right choices and decisions. She has trained and executed events for Bank of Ghana and Africa Lead amongst others. She has expertise in;
- Programme design, development and implementation, with a multiplicity of implementing partners.
- Brands and Communication Strategist (writing, speaking, and media relations). Product/service marketing and management, marketing communications. Demonstrated skills in the planning and execution of branding and collateral material production.

She believes there is always a better way. It is this better way that has seen her through school and a wealth of over 19 years of work experience which includes an after graduate job with Christian Science Monitor in Boston Massachusetts, Advertising Products Company in Denver Colorado, Leap Frog – Nigeria’s replica of a Silicon Valley, Unicorn Group of Companies (Origin8, Imprint, Genysis), MTN (then Spacefon), Opportunities Industrialization Centers international and UT Group of companies.
Letitia’s professional experiences have honed her passion for organizational development and strategic planning and insight generation and aspire to do more work on translating vision into action for people and organisations.
She currently host-participates in the Citi FM based Radio Programme ‘Famlife’ and discusses personal and family relationship challenges and provides solutions.
She graduated from Principia College in Elsah, Illinois having studied Business and Economics and has since studied Organizational Systems Development and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
